The Institute is an internationally-renowned center for sex exploration, investigation and therapy, founded by Susan M. Block, Ph.D. in 1991.  A world-renowned sexologist, best-selling author and familiar personality on HBO (appearing in the "Real Sex" series, having her own series and appearing soon as the “Cathouse” sex therapist), Dr. Block promotes “Peace through Pleasure,” through education and sexual self-expression.

The show broadcasts live on radio SUZY1 every Saturday night and gives guests an opportunity to tell their story, promote themselves and sell their projects while interacting with other guests and callers and having a fantastic time in the uniquely eclectic and creative atmosphere of the Institute, which includes Dr. Susan Block’s Speakeasy Gallery of Erotic Art, The Speakeasy Studio Bar, performance areas as well as her radio and television production facilities.
