Any time is a great time to visit Desire but for those of you who joined us for Dream Pleasure Fest at Desire Resort and Spa in November, you know what a great time Desire can be. The entire week was special. We we’re lucky enough to have Courtney Cruz of Devil’s Playground Burlesque joining us, and she put on a number of evening shows that were spectacular. Guests were even asking her if she was given lessons. Not on this trip but that’s certainly something we’ll consider in the future.

By the way, Courtney was scheduled to be with us the last week of January at Hedonism II, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to cancel her performances. However, she will be joining us at Hedonism II for Circus Erotica and Tattoo Week in June, so check that trip out and join us for what is sure to be one of the best weeks at Hedonism II all year. And she’s going to be with us on a number of Desire trips in 2012, including Dream Pleasure Fest in November 2012.

In addition to Courtney, we also had Jimmy Psycho, the fire eater, direct from Hollywood California. Jimmy puts on a super show of eating fire, and the ladies seem pretty impressed even without the fire. Jimmy did a great job considering we didn’t have the right kind of flammable liquid (apparently you just can’t put any old gasoline product in your mouth). In spite of fighting wind that made fire eating even more difficult, and burning his hand by not using the right liquid, Jimmy’s performances were great, and added something extra special to the week.

Dream Pleasure Fest at Desire Resort was just about as romantic a week as you can get. Jimmy and Michelle flew in the day after their wedding, Steve and Debbie got married at the resort, and Debbie and Blaine renewed their wedding vows after 25 years of marriage. As no preacher was handy, Mike from Dream Pleasure Tours officiated over the ceremony, and believe us, there was not a dry eye in the audience.

To top off the week, it was Zee’s birthday and Desire Resort really got behind the event. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with resort guests, friends and many of the resort staff. Zee agree to have her entire body painted for the event, and wow did she look sexy! Of course, she’s sexy even without the body paint. To finish off the evening the staff made a number of multicolored cakes and Zee got up on stage to blow out the candles. Afterward, Lazaro gave her a sexy birthday sendoff, and Zee loved every minute of it. Something says she likes to be in the limelight!
